THE ST-GERMAIN COCKTAIL

2 PARTS Brut Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine
1½ PARTS St-Germain
2 PARTS Club Soda

METHOD: Stir ingredients in a tall ice-filled Collins glass, mixing completely. Think of Paris circa 1947. Garnish with a lemon twist.
VARIATION: Think of Sartre circa 1947. Be the lemon twist.

GRAND MARNIER RASPBERRY PEACH MOJITO

2oz Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar)
Handful of mint leaves
5 fresh raspberries
Club soda

METHOD: Muddle mint and raspberries in shaker. Add ingredients except for the club soda and shake. Pour into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
